To display the success message the form must send the email successfully.
You can redirect for subscribe form widget but not on form builder widget.

I’ve sent test submissions with these exact settings on our website. Please confirm if you have received the emails or not.

Please try using some other email address (which is not your wp admin email) in sender email field. If it works then there is no issue if it does not then there might be some issue with your server.

Hi,
Before proceeding please deactivate the free version.
1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Click on plugins.
3. Click on Add New button on top of the page.
4. Click on Upload Plugin button.
5. Click on Choose file button.
6. Select the zip file.
7. Click Install Now.
8. After the uploading is completed click Activate.
Note : In case the plugin file is not in zip format follow the below steps.For Mac users : Right click on the folder then click on Compress.
For Windows users : Right click one the folder bring mouse over Send to then click on Compressed (zipped) folder
