Yes, It is possible. Edit your form widget switch to actions tab then in Success actions change success action to Redirect To URL and enter your thank you page URL in option below it.

Please go to PluginOps > Settings > Select None in Coming Soon / Maintenance Mode option.

Coming soon option sets the landing page as default page for all website it is used if your website is under construction or maintenance and you don’t want to show the website your are working on as it can be broken or incomplete.
