No, The plugin itself cannot send emails but if you have premium plan you can integrate with third party email marketing services like MailChimp, Aweber, Convertkit etc to send emails.

To add a redirect link edit the form widget switch to Actions Tab, Select redirect to URL in success action option, Enter your thank you page URL in URL option.

You can also use the embed video widget and it will also work. To control the width you can add margin left and right on widget element.
