Hi,

You are adding a vimeo video in the background, Currently it only supports mp4 video format. Try uploading the video on your website and then add it in background video.

Hi,

Please make sure that you are not using the short URL for video or embed code. To load Vimeo video you just need the public URL of video. If it still do not load please share the URL of your landing page and I will look into it.

Hi,

In case you want a fixed image it is recommended you add it using Image widget. In this case you can add another column in the middle and add image widget.
