Please use Nav Builder widget to add logo or add a new column and then add image widget to show logo. In image widget you can change alignment to show the logo towards left or right of the container.

Please disable load wp_head and wp_footer options from right options panel, If this does not fix the problem then please make sure your cache plugin is not loading images from CDN which sometimes cause similar problems.

In form submissions you can delete the entries/submissions however if you want to show unsubscribe link to subscribers you will need to integrate it with email marketing services.

Yes, Exactly just paste your form shortcode in shortcode widget field, update the landing page, When you preview your landing page the form will load.
