Our script is currently tuned to start on document ready so when you load it through an ajax call it never initiates. We would definitely look into improving that.
In the meantime, you can manual initiate our script by calling the following function once the ajax call’s has completed its job successfully :PlayBuzz.core.render();Let me know if this helps,

As you correctly stated, setting the recommendations set option to off should prevent this widget from displaying on your site. Following your note we have checked and confirmed that indeed the widget is not showing on sites that have chosen this option. If such problem occurs on your site, kindly email us at feedback AT playbuzz DOT com with the relevant URL and a screen shot. On a side note, we are working to enable several new features related to the embed product, including insertion of the recommendation widget to enable our partners to monetize our offering. Details regarding availability of this feature will be posted soon.

Thanks for using PlayBuzz. Yes, you may use our plugin to embed quizzes, polls, lists and other playful content items on your site. We have thousands of web sites using our content. I can not speak on behalf of Google, however we weren’t notified of any issues in regards to embedding our content.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Playbuzz] Embed problemsYou need to create a page that contains PlayBuzz hub, and then set this page as the destination of the links:
Creating a PlayBuzz Hub Page:- Go to your WP Admin panel
- Click Pages
- Add New
- In the Text insert: [playbuzz-hub]
- Click Publish, and you’re done!
- Copy the URL of the new Hub page (the url can be found bellow the name of page after “Permalink:”)
Configuring the links to open on the hub page
- Click on “Settings” –> “PlayBuzz” –> “Recommendations” Tab
- Paste the url of the newly created Hub page in “Location of PlayBuzz hub” field
- Click “Save Changes”
I’d be more than happy to further guide if needed!
On a side note, PlayBuzz hub can act as a whole section on your site filtered according to tags relevant to you.

You have two options to embed items while keeping users on your website:
- You can add the PlayBuzz recommendation widget and have the content open on your website.
- You can also add a full section/category of PlayBuzz’s items (filtered by subject) completely embedded and looks native.

Can you share a link to your page not displaying PlayBuzz’s item just so we could make sure that this is indeed your case?

Currently PlayBuzz Items doesn’t show by default in some type of wordpress pages.
We received many requests to add the option to enable the display of items on all type of pages, so we are no looking into doing that.Can you please provide a link to the listing page?

Should be fine now.
Plus overall performance to images on mobile should be better
