Hi, unfortunately having the same problem again. First time around i just had to add the products, now everything is set up yet this problem comes up with random customers (random countries). For example, I was receiving orders from Switzerland without any issues, now this problem appears. Any ideas?
Hi, turns out when we reinstalled the plugin it had some updates in the area of products offered which we werent aware of. I just had to choose the products that should be offered to customers manually (table rate, local pick up etc) as opposed to the previous time we had it installed. In other words the problem is solved. Thank you!
