The Cache is not enabled, although I did *TRY* enabling it and it didn’t help (although it did work). I have since disabled it and also deleted the cache.

I’ll give the tuneup a shot – If I need to re-upload all of the files I can do that next…
I don’t understand the intermittent nature either- it’s wierd, it should be b0rked or not b0rked… not sometimes one way, and other times the other 🙁

New(ish) install – WordPress seemed to run fine for the first week or thereabouts, then I started getting these errors. I have tried to figure out what has changed in that timeframe and I do not know what is different.
