It would have been helpful if the resolution to this problem was actually posted on the forum, not just dealt with privately? I have the same issue with the plugin, and can’t see how this has been resolved.

If you go to Silverghyll > Taxonomy Picker (settings page), you can then change “all” to say whatever you like by adding your preferred title next to the following box:
Override text for ** all ** (optional)
