    Exactly that.

The form we were trying to connect was for a postal application, not everybody wants to be spammed by email so we offered a postal application as an alternative on the site.

Everything was connected to IS but because we hadn’t included an email address (as it wasn’t needed for this type of form) the data just didn’t get passed across.

If you are having issues with only this form have you tried recreating the form from scratch, start off with only a couple of fields and build it up until you find a possible clash.

Considering all other forms work then there must be a difference between your form and all the others.

We discovered that of you don’t have an email address it will not map anything to infusionsoft!

    Could that be your issue?

We overcame this by creating a default value based on ip, date, time etc and then via automation deleted the email after the data was transferred across.

Seems silly but it’s a solution that worked for us

    Hope that helps 🙂

    Hi Geek Goddess,

Thank you for your reply… very much appreciated. I didnt actually notice that option and it is exactly what I am looking for. However, I need to map multiple items to the ContactNote per form e.g.

Mortgage Provider – Year taken out – Renewal date etc

Using this option will only allow me to choose one variable to send across.
