Same issue over here! I also tested with postman SMTP and other SMTP plugins but nothing chances but when you go to the order itself in WordPress and then choose to send the mail again I receive the mail so it only doesn’t send when someone places an order.
@wp-21 Thanks for your answer, but like I mentioned before too, I already tried giving all the folders on the website the 777, but it didnt helped 🙁
@wpyogi i’m a bit new with WP but the folder of the theme has the same name
@alchymyth that did not do the trick, I already tried in notepad as in dreamweaver itself
