I just installed Knews and the Knews CP7 glue, and having the same problem.

Surprised to have feedback even during weekend.
Very responsive support and problem resolved.
It was the permalink needed to be set to post instead of default.
Maybe this should be in the set up instruction(?)

Thanks for reply but that’s why I did.
Tried gen several APi’s, tried various syntax of the url, still in vain.
