I’ve edited my post:
I was able to login to my WP account until today when I cou’d get the correct wp-login.php page. Instead, “PX1” appeared on the page and I couldn’t login.

I have this problem with Chinese characters too. Everytime when my database is moved to another server, the characters turned “???”.
Installed the plugin and it looks cool. However, when I click on the “Emoticons/Icons” button, it shows this message in a popup:
