  • Hey hey,

Since the update it looks as though the slider shortcode has been eradicated.

If you set your page to something easy to identify like “HOME” on the bottom have slider options set to enable slider, have it set to no sidebar style for testing purposes.

    Then go to Appearance>Customize.

Here you should see a “Static Front Page” section to click on.
Click on the “static frontpage” radio button then click on the “Front Page” dropdown, select your page you’d like as your static frontpage, in this case “HOME” page we had saved previously.

    Save your changes.

Your new homepage should now be set as your homepage and your slider should be active (making sure that you have loaded images for your slider).

    Hope that helps!

Beautiful, it appears it was a conflicting plugin on my end.

I did some clean up while I was awaiting our exchange.
Looks as though it was on my hands *shakes fists*

Nonetheless I really appreciate your help and for looking into this.

Thanks again for the slick little plugin.

PS: alligator already flipped and wrassled.

    Have a great week.

    Good morning,

    The page is https://partners.petrotranz.com/?page_id=210

Any of the XSD/XML links in the Resources>Schemas section.

The shortcode I use is the following(this is the same code for all xml/xsd links:

    [popup url="http://schemas.petrotranz.com/TermsOfUse.aspx?file=cots/form-a/export-form-a/export-form-a.xsd" height="595" width="768" scrollbars="yes" alt="popup"]export-form-a.xsd[/popup]

I have tried just by using Google as the link on a new page with a fresh tag. I have also attempted this with the html tag posted on the plugin page.

What struck me as odd is that this happened out of the blue after working well when first applying the shortcodes.

    Thanks for your help.
