Now In my wp-admin page, I am able to see the scanner and press scan. However, when I am in cloud.jetpack.com/dashboard (Jetpack Manage), under sites, the site has a red exclamation mark with the words “Jetpack is unable to connect to this site Fix now”.
Why does it show that red status?
I click ‘Connect your user account’ on the ‘MyJetpack’ page.
Then I get the authorisation loading and ‘You’re all set’ message and then I’m redirected to the WordPress site (https://wordpress.com/posts/www.pilship.com) with this message “We can’t communicate with your site because the Jetpack plugin is deactivated.Learn how to reactivate Jetpack“
The information is so confusing and non-intuitive. Please assist me on what to do
