Thanks for all of your help WPyogi. Unfortunately, your suggestion didn’t help any. I’m still getting the same error message, even after renaming the directory. I have no idea why it would still be happening when I’ve changed the name of the directory on the server and the error message is still showing the old directory name.

Okay, now I’m really stuck. I went into the website through my hosting company’s file management tool and I can’t find anything in there named anything like “testimonial” in either the wp-content or wp-includes directories. Any more ideas?

I’d love to do that. I can’t get into my website’s dashboard to delete the widget.
