In reply to: [AMP] Chat pluginThanks, Milind for replying to my request ๐
This is something I need to test my services further. Indeed, I would like to help my viewers choose high-tech products with the help of someone (me to begin :)) always available to reply to their questions to find the best product that suits their needs.
For that, I already tried a popup with a button but even if users click on it, it seems they don’t want to write an email.
So it’s why I think a chat feature would be nice but the solutions you provide don’t seem to have other components than a button.
I was more thinking of something showing the agent is available (with a green dot if yes or red if no for example). And, with an automatic invitation to chat with me by expanding the chat automatically without the need to push on the button. It allows my viewer to understand I’m here to help.
Do you know if all these features are possible with AMP websites?
For example here: https://crisp.chat
Thanks again for your help!
So, I reactivated plugins one by one without the Newspack Theme even if it causes no issue to be sure at the beginning until I found a plugin making Google Analytics not working! It was the Newspack Campaigns plugin that was making stop working Google Analytics ๐ฎ
So I deactivated it, and I retrieved Google Analytics in a good state. So I continued to activate all the other plugins, and all went fine.
In the end, this issue was caused by the Newspack Campaigns plugin. Thanks a lot, James, for your help!
And I’m happy you like my website ๐ I didn’t apply to be on this showcase. This is for what?
I forgot to change to a default theme when I first saw traffic, so it seems that the theme isn’t in conflict with Sit Kit.
Oh yes! Now I can see the traffic! ๐
I just sent feedback from Analytics
Thanks, James, for your support!
I know about this default configuration and already tried both options, but nothing changed. Also, I can’t see your traffic. And I use Parse.ly, another analytics tool where traffic exists, so we can see an issue with Google Analytics if we compare.
Also, the issue isn’t only with real-time users but also with research terms, sessions, bounce rate, and session duration. The only report is the number of users the days before.

In reply to: [Redis Object Cache] Jetpack isn’t working when I activated the pluginHere’s the response from Jetpack:
Are you confirming that the error message goes away on the Jetpack Dashboard when Redis is disabled? If so, per our Scope of Support, we’re not able to assist with compatibility issues. I know that Redis support has pushed you to us for help, but I’m afraid we wouldn’t be able to assist further, if this is the case.

In reply to: [Redis Object Cache] Jetpack isn’t working when I activated the pluginHere’s the Jetpack response:
Thanks for getting back to us. Does the error go away when you clear the Redis cache and then deactivate that plugin?
If so, that clearly indicates an issue with the Redis plugin so you’ll want to go back to their support and let them know that clearing the cache there did not resolve the error.
If you still see the error after clearing the Redis cache and deactivating the plugin, please keep Redis deactivated and please use the WordPress Site Health feature to send us some more information about your site.

In reply to: [Redis Object Cache] Jetpack isn’t working when I activated the pluginIt’s why I did first. But here’s the response I received:
Hi there,
From their plugin listing, it looks like Redis should work with Jetpack: https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/redis-cache/. I suggest that you reach out to the Redis plugin author to report that, which you can do here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/redis-cache/
Thanks and have a great day.
Cheers,
