Closing as the fix was obvious.
Just had to change ‘primary color’ in the settings…

Thanks a lot for the advice. I replaced both cart and checkout with shortcode elements and now I can edit them with OceanWP appearance settings.

*one note for future readers – I couldn’t see the shortcode elements inserted directly from ‘edit’ view of Cart or Checkout page (no idea why), but I was able to do so through Elementor edit 🙂
