I have the same problem with a client site, http://www.garyzuyusphotography.com. He wants to have the faces show in the thumbnails, but when I go to Manage Gallery and edit the thumbnail, the photo reverts back to the default after I click the UPDATE button.
I’ve tried searching the forum for this answer and have not come across a fix. Also tried deactivating some plug-ins I thought might be interfering, but to no avail. Somewhere I read about Yahoo delaying updates, but he is not using Yahoo.
Client site is using WP 3.0.1 and NextGen 1.5.5 (older versions of both)
Any solution to get the thumbnail images to edit and save properly would be greatly appreciated!!
Did you ever get this problem resolved. I have the same issue and I’m wasting so much time trying to figure it out!!! Agghhh. Hope you got it and can shed some light on my dilemma. Thanks.
