In reply to: FUNCTION pianowpdb.JSON_CONTAINS does not existThanks MrOG,
Here is what our IT guy found…===========================
that you’re using functions not available in older versions of mysql
(though we’re using percona’s mysql clone ‘mariadb’ since they maintain the free version
of mysql anyway and have augmented it with better performance under
the name maria, but it’s plug-compatible)we were running 10.0 maria, needed 10.2.3 and higher for those json_
functions.had to add a percona software repository to the server’s software distribution
subscriptions vs using the debian project’s release (which are up to 6-9
months behind, or sometimes dont appear in the current version and are
just included in the next version). Next version of debian requires a whole
server upgrade, dont want to do that just yet til its burned in

In reply to: FUNCTION pianowpdb.JSON_CONTAINS does not existThanks James, I’ll check in with the cyberchimps folks.
Bozz,
Exactly what makes me hesitate to use HealthCheck again.
I had to manually activate all my plugins. At this point I knew there were some that I had deactivated myself but not removed because I hadn’t decided if I was going to use them or not, but which ones?
I’m wondering if there is something that has to be set somewhere so HealthCheck can keep track of the deactivated plugins it needs to reactivate.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Updating Page after Edits Not WorkingStill trying to figure this one out.
Used HealthCheck but it returns more information than my brain can absorb. Also, when I got out of HealthCheck all my plugins were still deactivated, had to go back in and manually activate each one.
Saving keeps switching between Saving and Autosaving.
Updating grays out, then switches back to Update before immediately graying out while showing Updating. This YouTube video shows what is happening, seems particularly bad on longer pages.
But, the page doesn’t update.
However if I do Ctrl / F5 and refresh it indicates there is a new autosave version. If I choose this version it usually has the updated.

In reply to: [Code Embed] Works Well Except Vspace/Hspace not working?Hi David,
Thanks for the quick response.
I didn’t think your plugin was the issue, just wasn’t sure what was. You’re suggestion about the css was spot on.
I was using the old/deprecated vspace/hspace.When I replaced it with CSS style (align=”left” border=”0″ style=”margin:0px 20px; max-width:100%; height:auto;) , it worked perfectly!
All the Best,

In reply to: Menu Now showing black on either side of menu?Hi Evan,
Thanks for the quick reply.
No new plugins recently, just updates to existing ones.
Haven’t added any custom css in a while.Tried the suggestion with the .menu but still getting same issue.
I’ll check with the folks behind the Responsive Pro theme too, might be in the recent update from them. It’s not a big issue, but it does look unprofessional.
All the Best,

In reply to: Error Message: Notice: Trying to get property of non-object inHi Steve,
As a matter of fact yes, that’s the menu for listing all the dealers by state (we do the same thing for tuners, teachers, movers, restorations).
