Your settings seem right. I’ll have to have a look at it in the morning. I’ll try to squeeze it in before my client sends me files seeing as I can’t actually work until then.

In reply to: Changing Theme ColorsIts hard to help you out by simply stating you want a color change, perhaps a link would do best?
I’m not exactly sure I understand. I found a bug in the code today that wasn’t letting the user set an enter/exit if the per-page/post was disabled.
Also, if your permalinks aren’t set to /%postname%/ then I would suggest using just the URL option.
Currently this is not implemented, an easy way around would be definitely to disable JavaScript. I’ll look into this, though the first thing that comes to mind is hook onto a page/content/post filter and overwrite what you would see…. I have it in my head, just don’t know how to say it 🙂
FYI, this bug was fixed for any onlookers.
Set the page overrides to on, default to disabled, and go to the page that you want the override on andset the override to enabled.
I’ll have a look into the code. Thanks for posting this.
Hey damsko,
Found a work around for ya if you want to use the newest version, and any plugin that utilizes the admin-ajax files:
Damsko,
Sorry m8, haven’t had time to use the backwards compatibility. Let me finish up with this client in the next few days and we’ll get that fixed for you. I’m soooooo sorry, I was more worried about the debug popups and fixed that first.
Hey thor, I ran into this with another user also. Firstly download the new 2.4.10 I just released and see if you get the dialog now. If not, well go to the support link and send me some login stuff like before and I’ll have a look. I’ll be home all day today and if that bug is still there, I would like to get it stomped 🙂
damsko, and you probably already know this… but 2.4.10 is out now, and seems to be 100% stable, I’ll keep my eyes peeled for bugs though. 🙂
New 2.4.10 patch is up. The issue was due to a past update, and forgot to edit the cookie and session conditional statements. They’re altered now and won’t ignore the users input.

In reply to: WordPress thumbnail problemWhen you set your homepage, you have to have it set to a page. A “static” page. Check the layout your using. In the sidebar for that page, you’ll notice the page template it uses, that’s what you need to look at.

In reply to: Xml wp:comment_id when importingI would rename the comment id’s accordingly, 901+. Mainly cuz if you upload them as-is, i don’t think they’ll pass checks, they won’t overwrite the older ones, and you’ll loose them all. I may be wrong as I’m into a few shots of vodka now, but then again, I may be right 🙂

In reply to: WordPress thumbnail problemIf I look at your source code for the page provided, the line 163 shows that there is no source. This is most definitely a template issue. Check the template that you’re using as a static homepage and see how it’s pulling that information.
By “that information” and “source” I mean the image/featured image
