Hello everyone.
I just found out why I have a blank page after installing UM Extended. UM Extended conflicts with the MonsterInsights – Google Analytics plugin. I continue on Github for support for this plugin.
I mark this topic as resolved.

I installed version 2.0.1 and I still have the same problem…

Fatal error…

Installing an extension is no problem. Activation is not possible with the following message: The extension could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
