Apologies I have found part of my answer, I think, as the email address appears to come from Settings>General>Email Address (sorry if I missed this in the docs).
Still not sure if the from name can be changed but mine currently shows ‘ContestHopper’

In reply to: [ContestHopper for WordPress] Form not submitting issueThanks so much for all your help. As you said a javascript issue on the site. I used Chrome’s javascript Console (command-alt-j on Chrome) and found an incorrect path to a jquery plugin I was using for a slider.
All fixed now and ContestHopper is working great. I have made a small donation for this great plugin and support. Hopefully others will do the same.

Thanks so much for the quick response. I have removed the mailchimp widget, and the plugin, but I am still getting the same.Apologies I am not sure how I can see any javascript errors or what may be causing them so any advise greatly appreciated.
