So to explain then:

I could have a field in my form called username and within gravity forms I can add {user:user_login}
This will display the logged in username
You can do the same for email address, first name, last name etc.

However I want to display some of the associated metadata that I’ve uploaded via the csv plugin – such as company_name.

Does that help at all?

Thanks Gerroald for the suggestion. I ended up backing up the database and files, then setting up a fresh install, editing the database. It all worked fine in the end.
