    Oh Amy,

Installing Xcode to try to get Apple News to work is a little more than I bargained for. But I did it. My reward: a long string of error messages. Does this make any sense to you?

    Thanks again, Amy.

Now I’ve tried everything you suggested—–resetting and republishing, switching asynchronous publishing from ‘yes’ to ‘no’, getting new API keys and rentering them.

No change. Still pended, all around. Apple says they can’t help me. They told me to come here. Have I reached a dead end?

    I blame Eddy Cue.

    Thanks, Amy, for replying.

Here’s what I’ve tried and where I’m stuck:

    –resetting and republishing… no effect
–switching asynchronous publishing from ‘yes’ to ‘no’ … no effect
–rentering API key etc… I know where they go, but I don’t know where the originals are stored. I’ve searched my hard drive. Would they have come in an email from Apple?

    Best, Phil
