Thanks Ipstenu flushing the cache seems to have worked, so far at least 🙂
I cleared my cache and everything seems to be OK. I think it could have been a cookies problem.

In reply to: Can not make Contact Form 7 selectable recipient with pipes workProblem solved, I just needed two pieces of code…
[select recipient “John|john@example.com” “Philip|philip@example.com”]
[recipient]
Both of these pieces of code go on the left hand side of the screen.
In the Form section (where the submit button code is) I put
[select recipient “John|john@example.com” “Philip|philip@example.com”]
Below the Form section there is a section called Mail, in the To: box I put this code [recipient] and nothing else.
Mail
To:
[recipient]I hope this helps you if you’re confused like me 🙂

I’ve seen the documentation for the plugin but I am still confused. I’m not a WordPress novice and can usually work out how to get plugins working. However this has me completely confused. If any one has any advice other than reading the documentation again I’d be grateful.
Thanks in advance Philip.
Hi, thanks for helping out here, your time is appreciated.
I’m still having a struggle to make multiple email addresses work. I think I understand the first part [select your-recipient… but
I’m not sure what is meant by “Then add the tag to mail “TO” filed, [your-recipient]”
Do you mean add this and nothing else to the TO: field (deleting what was already in the TO field?)
I think I’m missing a really simple step here but I’m not sure what it is. Could you clarify, are there two steps? What exactly is the second step?
I’ve seen many posts that appear to assume everybody already knows what the really simple second step is and that it’s too obvious to mention. Unfortunately I don’t know what this step is, Please help.
Thanks I advance for any help.
