Celle-ci avait étrangement modifiée sans aucune intervention de ma part et pointait vers une IP absurde. J’aurais apprécié que le support OVH identifie cette cause lui-même. J’y ai laissé beaucoup de temps !

As you suggested I just deactivated WP Simple Pay Lite.
It appears that the form display of the card area come back. I tried a full test payment with the test form, and it went at the end.
WP Simple Pay Lite was installed and active since a long time on the site, it never caused such conflict. I do not need it anylonger, as I use Forminator for every need. I’m going to desinstall this plugin.

Investigating the issue, I found that the problem appeared just after the 21th of July, when several modifications were brought to the Stripe field by WPMU DEV. I suspect a link between these modifications and that blocking problem :
Extract from the modifications, dated 21th of July
