Although this has nothing to do with your particular issue, that might help me understand how a plugin should (or shouldn’t) deal with CDN.

I suggest you to go in your theme options and look for a way to disable your favicon. As an alternative, if your theme cannot disable favicon, you can copy
/wp-content/uploads/fbrfg/favicon.icoto/wp-content/themes/thesis/lib/images/favicon.ico, so the link is valid again.Forum: Reviews

Exactly, that’s how I wanted the tool: a bunch of tricky options if you want them, but the defaults values are just fine.

That’s right, favicon sounds like simple stuff but it took time and dedication to make this plugin work great everywhere.

The logs are probably too verbose to be copied/paste here, plus they may contain details you don’t want to disclose here.
Could you mail them to me at contact@realfavicongenerator.net? Let me know if you don’t want to do this (again, they may contain sensitive stuff) and we will find another way.
