    Can you access your error log? It likely contains more infirmation about the issue.

    The logs are probably too verbose to be copied/paste here, plus they may contain details you don’t want to disclose here.

    Could you mail them to me at contact@realfavicongenerator.net? Let me know if you don’t want to do this (again, they may contain sensitive stuff) and we will find another way.

    Sorry, I’ve uninstalled the plugin on all my sites now that I can add the site icons through the customizer. That works well enough for me.
