Ok. So I got my ftp info, have been using this

to try to get my site back running & nothing is working. Got a log in screen to pop back up but Its still all blank & no wordpress. Dont know where to go from here. I followed all the steps and im still in the dark

Thanks for that. I got my domain through Tap Tap Host. So I thought thats who I’d contact for the info since I’m paying them. Never heard of HostGator in my life. I also understand what File Transfer Protocol is & i know it’s not apart of WP. I just have to change my site using it in order for me to be even able to access my WP again. & like I said, I’ve emailed Tap Tap Host quite a few times already. Hostgators worth a try though
