Alright. I did de-activate the “Automatic Upgrade” plug-in, and the upgrade seems to have worked now.

The site returned after I de-activated all of the plug-ins. I’m not sure what happened, but that was good advice, thanks.
I’ve reactivated the Akismet and Yahoo Blog Statistics plug-ins and so far it’s still up.
