my site is on linux box and I did everything, also clearing cache. even I reinstalled wp from begining, I mean that I deleted database and all wp fileas and upload files again, but result was same. Interesting thing is that when I delete that code from wp-config the problem is solved.
sorry, I tried again and i saw that after login it dosnt say ‘incorrect’ password but just the log in page appears and this address is in the address bar:
