    So I conclude that Wordfence Central is not usable for IIS users.

    Yet all my other sites run under IIS and have no connection problem with Wordfence Central.

    I think it’s a false excuse that hides a non-identification of the real cause.

    Hello @stephjacq,

    I changed the email type for new orders from HTML to plain text.

    We will see with my client if the problem is solved during a next order.

    1 / Yes, excludes VAT without taxes and taxes included with VAT.

    2 / The problem occurred with 2 different clients but I can not reproduce the problem.
