I do not have a cache on this site, no cache plugins or lines of code in the .htaccess.
I’m currently updating plugins, then themes and finally WP to upgrade to version 5.2.1. And I have this problem with every update of plugins.

Sorry, i find it now. It’s on Instagram Feed plugin -> 2. Customize -> ‘Follow’ button.
