sorry for this late reply.
You can go to plugin folder and search for folder “static” and then for folder “js”. In there there should be a file “pinterest.js” and in that file replace the “Load more posts” with whatever you wish. Please make a backup before you make any changes – better to be safe than sorry.

It seems you were able to fix this on your own by using as different thumbnail size. Just a quick question – do you use featured images for the posts?

We made some tests on our side and once the plugin is done analyzing your posts, there should be no such delays (this is usually done in a couple of minutes). May we ask, how big is your database (more than 10k articles)? Would it be possible to give us a link to your blog, so that we can take a closer look?

actually no, the script is needed for our plugin to work properly, without it no thumbnails for the related articles would load, edit button should stop working,…
You can try to disable it but it is highly recommended that you do not.

The cropping and out of shape issues – are you using featured images or have you set the thumbnails to have custom sizes?
The glitchiness you are referring to should not happen to be honest – are you using any special plugin for that “Disclaimer” part (or the “About the author”) on the post that the related posts are not showing up?

1. Our aggregator works more or less in the following order: title + we add tags & categories that we’ve detected on your blog and content. More content (and similar) there is, the better the relevancy.
For example, I tested with making one post named “The Secret in Their Eyes” (original) and one “The Secret in Their Eyes” (remake) and the third “Nothing” and added tags: Eyes, Secret and also writing similar content to the “The Secret in Their Eyes” (remake). When on post “Nothing”, both other post were shown as related.2. this depends on the WP theme you are using but usually you can achieve this by going to “Appearance”-> “Widgets” and drag an drop “Related Posts” to the right/left widget/sidebar
3. sorry, currently we are not offering this option

Would you be so kind and let me know the following:
1. your WP theme and version
2. our plugin version
3. where exactly in the code are you putting the <?php zemanta_related_posts()?> ?
4. would it be possible to give me a link to your blog and also see the issue live – one post with the missing sidebar and the other that is not missing the sidebar?
5. have you tried not inserting the <?php zemanta_related_posts()?> and do the automatic posts show up normally then (not breaking the sidebars,..)?
6. what other plugins do you have installed (has our plugin worked with the <?php zemanta_related_posts()?> inserted correctly, and stopped after an update or have you installed any new plugins recently)?Any additional information would help a lot.

Please note that you are using our “Pinterest” inspired theme which is a bit glitchy and it doesn’t work properly with all the WP themes out there. I suggest that you try to insert only 1 post in the settings and see if it help – or to have precisely 3 related posts, use a different theme in the plugin settings.

if I am not mistaken we are already communicating via email.
So, let me ask you here the same thing: would you be so kind and tell us your current version of your Related Posts plugin and also your WP version? Keep in mind that Related Posts only work for posts not pages – also any chance to get links to some of your posts, so that we can take a closer look?
One thing to add – do you perhaps have WP Total Cache installed or similar?Cheers,

Unfortunately we do not offer such option. Via the plugin settings you can change the number of related posts to show and that number can not be changed for different pages/posts.
