In reply to: [WordPress Related Posts] Defining how many related articles to have per rowHey,
thanks for reaching out and sorry for this overdue reply!
The “Pinterest theme” is already a bit difficult to work with not to mention that some custom themes have, well custom settings that override ours 🙂
But if you give me a link to your blog, I can take a closer look and see what can be done.Once again, my apologies for the delayed reply!
Looking forward to your reply,

In reply to: [WordPress Related Posts] Custom HTML outputHey,
thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late reply!
You can change the related posts with the CSS but other than that we don’t really support any major changes as it can cause more harm than good. But if you need any assistance with the CSS, let me know – I will gladly help!Take care and enjoy the day,

In reply to: [WordPress Related Posts] Custom PHP Placement & RemovalHey,
thanks for reaching out and sorry for this late reply!
You can remove those auto-populated posts in the plugin settings by unticking the box next to “Auto Insert Related Posts (or add<?php wp_related_posts()?> to your single post template) “.Don’t forget to save the changes.
Once again – my apologies!

In reply to: [WordPress Related Posts] Shortcode or php code?Hey,
thanks for getting back to me and sorry for the late reply!
Which auto-populated related articles do you have in mind – those that appear below you editor? In that case, go to plugin settings and untick the box next to “Display widget with articles from around the web in your “Compose-new-post” page”, save the changes and that’s it.
Or is the issue something else?Take care and enjoy the day,

PetraHey,
thanks for reaching out and sorry for this unintentional silent treatment!
I suggest increasing the amount of memory that can be consumed by PHP, you can both read more about it here:

PetraHey Mitch,
thanks for reaching out and really sorry for the unintentional silent treatment, won’t happen again!
I have tested this on my side and (un)fortunately everything works – would you be so kind and let me know which WP theme you are using? Also, which browser do you currently use – have you tried if it works in any other browser?
For the time being, you could try installing our extension instead of the plugin: http://www.zemanta.com/downloadOnce again, my apologies for such late reply, take care and let me know how it goes,

In reply to: [Related Posts by Sovrn] Reposition Plugin in GenesisHey,
thanks for reaching out and appreciate the link! As your theme is not free to use I can’t test this on my side. Would it be possible to make me a guest account on your blog, so that I can take a closer look? If yes, you can send those credentials to support[at]zemanta[dot]com.
Let me know what you think,

In reply to: [Related Posts by Sovrn] Post thumbnails not showing for first post listedHey Kirsten,
thanks for reaching out – we had a user once with the same issue as you. The problem was she had a plugin that redirected the images URLs and our plugin couldn’t the first image…is it possible you have a similar plugin installed? Would it be possible to get a list of your installed plugins?
Looking forward to your reply,

In reply to: [Related Posts by Sovrn] Articles automatically uploaded to Zemanta network?Hey,
thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our plugin. The plugins are a bit different from one another but as far as I can tell your issue is that you do not wish to upload your content – we can understand that but as I have already mentioned link love is what we are all about.
Sorry for the inconvenience, take care and have a lovely day,

In reply to: [Related Posts by Sovrn] resize thumbnailsHey,
thanks for reaching out and sorry for the unintentional silent treatment!
I believe we can make this work – I have checked out your blog and if you wish to increase the images slightly then I suggest you enter the following in the plugin settings-> “Customize”-> “Custom CSS”:.related_post_title { } ul.related_post { } ul.related_post li { width:200px !important; } ul.related_post li a { } ul.related_post li img { height:200px !important; width:200px !important; }but, this is the important part – this time don’t tick the box “Use Custom Size Thumbnails”. This will enlarge the images and cropped them (hopefully). Save the changes and let me know how it goes!
Take care and enjoy the day,
