Unfortunately you need the combination of AND and OR to be flexible (or technically NOT and NOTAND = NAND does just as well but most folk are not familiar with this.) Effectively OR allows you to expand the list to a larger list, AND allows constraining the list to a shorter one. With both you can be selective, like my example.
Anyone up for adding this feature?
And what about user input to the selection process?
