In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] No categories for mDocs posts?I tried a different Categories for Pages plugin, and had the same result. Is there some information i should be looking for or area which might be problematic? It’s as if WordPress didn’t recognize the mcdocs post as a page?
I’m using a Nexusthemes theme and unfortunately cannot deactivate it for testing without losing all the data. I’m going to try this with their test theme to see if I can reproduce the problem.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix this for me.

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] No categories for mDocs posts?Tried it again, still not showing up…plugin works fine on WordPress pages but nothing showing up on mdocs post pages. Sorry, I can’t be more specific because I don’t know what the cause might be. I tried adding a new document post after installing the plugin, still no categories. I’m using Akismet, iThemes Security, NexGen Gallery, Ultimate Member, Google Fonts and WPForms Lite. Could any of these be the issue?

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] No categories for mDocs posts?Hi, I tried the categories for pages plugin and it works well on the standard WordPress pages, but the categories do not show on the mdocs post pages.
Hi,
I can see the categories nicely sorted in the “categories” tab. On the page display, however, they were not completely sorted. When I manually dragged them into position, they displayed properly. I guess you need to do that every time you add a new category to keep the sorted order.
I am going to close the topic since it appears to be fixable with a little work around.
Thank you.
Hello there? Anybody home? Can someone please respond to my question.
Thanks ever so much.
Sorry, my bad. I realized that I needed to create the Group first under the Groups tab. Thanks!

In reply to: [Totally Booked] Structured Data: hatom (markup: microformats.org)Hi Kelli,
I checked the theme settings (Themonics Iconic One Pro). They have specifically addressed these in the theme updates: “Update: Google rich snippets structured data is integrated in the theme from version 1.4.3 released on 23rd April, 2014.” I am using the latest version 1.4.6
Not sure what Totally Booked needs to pick this up from the theme?
Trying to work through Yoast SEO – phew! Not as simple as it looks…can’t find anything, the tutorial video is seriously out of date!

Hi Ben, this worked, problem solved!
Thank you.
PeterHi Ben, sorry for the late response. I tried this, it did not change anything. Remember that I am using a modified book archive template as the original version did not display the sidebar, Here is the code:
<?php /** * Totally Booked Archive Template * * @version 0.1 * @package totally-booked * @since 0.1 */ get_header(); ?> <?php do_action( 'tb_wrapper_start' ); ?> <header class="archive-header"> <h1 class="archive-title"><?php tb_archive_title() ?></h1> </header><!-- .archive-header --> <?php if ( have_posts() ) : while ( have_posts() ) : the_post(); tb_get_template_part( 'loops/archive' ); endwhile; endif; ?> <?php do_action( 'tb_wrapper_end' ); ?> <?php get_sidebar(); ?> <?php get_footer(); ?>Thanks for your help. Happy Holidays and best wishes for a prosperous New Year!
