Hey Tom,
Thanks very much for downloading and using the plugin and your kind words.
Please add a forward slash “/” before the img sources, as below:
<a href="http://facebook.com/pages/Igloo-music-Studios/177397188955994" target="blank"><img src="/wp-content/images/fb-round.png"></a> <br> <br> <a href="https://twitter.com/igloomusicUSA" target="blank"><img src="/wp-content/images/twitter-round.png"></a>This should fix your issue.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi mpfefferle,
I have found the error for you.
There is an error in the following file:
http://dni2.milespfefferle.com/wp-content/themes/dni-theme/js/scripts.js
As such it is causing my scripts to not load correctly.
Once I removed the file above the Responsive Menu worked perfectly.
Please remove this file, or correct any errors in there and then let me know if the menu begins working again.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi mpfefferle,
Thanks very much for downloading and installing the plug-in.
Please can you provide me with a link to your site so I can take a look at it for you and try and work out why it is not working for you.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi again,
I just looked again and it looks like your menu sub-items have the class “children” instead of the usual “sub-menu”, is this something you changed or could change back to “sub-menu” unless it is really needed, this could potentially fix the issue.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi xhanubis,
This is very odd. If you have unchecked the “Auto Expand Sub-Menus” option then this should not be happening.
Could you please provide me with a WordPress Admin login so I can take a look at it for you to hello@peterfeatherstone.com.
Many thanks
Peter
Hey River,
Does this mean it is working for you now?
Many thanks
Peter

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Push only 100%?Hello Chris,
I see the issue there!
Maybe it would be better that I calculate the height of the menu first and then push it down that far from the top in pixels rather than 100%.
Great spot, I will take a look at this in the coming week for you and see if I can apply a fix for you.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi Akhilesh,
Ok, this makes sense now, yes the <header></header< is fine.
My apologies, my do_shortcode snippet was incorrect, it was late and I was rushing to get to bed!
Please update to this (including the square brackets []):
<?php do_shortcode( ‘[responsive-menu]’ ); ?>
Let me know if this works for you.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi Daniel,
Great to hear from you and I sincerely hope you are ok now?
We are in fact already on to version 2.1 now which includes shortcode support and many bug fixes that were introduced in the 2.0 release as it was a complete re-write of the code base.
I hope you continue to improve in health and let me know if you need anything.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi Reinier,
Ah yes, I see that now, and it is happening on my main site too so it is obviously an actual bug and I will add it to the bugs list.
It seems to happen if you do it quickly, however I expect not many people are clicking menu’s, resizing up then immediately resizing back down and clicking the menu again so it shouldn’t cause any immediate concerns for your site.
However, I will of course look into the reason that this is happening and apply a fix for it when and if I find the cause!
Many thanks
Peter
Hi Reinier,
Thanks so much for your support, you are indeed a very valued member of the ‘Responsive Menu Community’!
In regards the Parent Menu Item hiding the Responsive Menu, the way around this is to disable the ‘Click to Close Menu on Link Click’, if you have this on. Please let me know if you do and if it works once disabled.
In regards the second point, I haven’t witnessed this behaviour myself on any of my test sites, could you please provide me with a link to your site where this behaviour is happening and the exact steps to replicate so I can see exactly what you mean and fix it please.
Many thanks as always for testing, reviewing and providing feedback on the plugin!
Peter
Hey Mahran,
Many thanks for the kind words, that is extremely odd!
Could you please provide me with FTP and WordPress login details so that I can figure out what is going on and then fix it?
Many thanks
Peter
Hey Miguel,
Great news and thanks for pointing out for me!
Many thanks
Peter

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Parent Menu ItemsHey pbravin,
Thanks for the kind words and for the feedback.
I agree that it would be useful to include this on lower level parents too, I will add this in to the development list for the 2.2 version as I would like to get 2.1 out as soon as I can to cover all the bugs that have been found in 2.0.
Many thanks
Peter
