Hi viensia,
This shouldn’t be happening at all.
Please can you provide me with a link to your site so I can take a look at this for you?
Many thanks
Peter

Hi zigzagad,
I believe the portrait width of an iPhone is 320px, so please reduce the Breakpoint to something just above this and you will only see it in portrait mode.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi pbravin,
You will need to change the part that says ‘\u25B2’, as this is the check that is done to decide which option to show next.
Please change this to either the + or the – and it should start working for you.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi ayac2002,
That’s great news! Glad it started working again!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Not working with jQuery 1.8Hi mrfoxtalbot,
There’s the problem then 😉
Whatever is setting that part of jQuery is causing issues on the site and probably stopping other jQuery from working (i.e – mine).
Try disabling other plugins/themes until the error goes away and then you will at least know where the problem is coming from to hunt it down and fix.
Let me know how you get on.
Many thanks

Hi ayac2002,
Thanks for your support submission.
I have just looked at it on my iPhone and I get the correct font for the menu, at least I get this one “LeagueGothicRegular”, if thats the correct one.
Can you send me a screenshot of the issue?
Many thanks

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] z-index in dropdown menuHi samato,
I will need a link to your site to see what the issue is.
However #site-navigation has nothing to do with my plug-in so I don’t imagine that will effect anything in regards the Responsive Menu.
Many thanks

Hi gburak,
Thanks so much for your kind words, they are much appreciated!
Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment as it is to offer the menu as an opened, slid-out state and certain resolutions.
I have done custom work for somebody else to have the menu stay in its slidden out state if you would like any help with this.
As a guide, you can use the Shortcode and then over-ride the CSS at the specific breakpoint to make it display inline if you know what you are doing.
Please let me know how you get on with this or if you need help please provide your WordPress admin and FTP details.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Change size of icon?Hey Photonica,
As Mark has said, if you find your footer container element (which may infact be #footer for you too), then prepend this to the CSS then it should take preference over the over styles and apply them.
Please let me know how you get on with this or the 2.2 beta.
Many thanks

Hi armypanda,
I don’t have a lot to go on here.
I use jQuery 1.11.1 on all my sites and it works perfectly. Have you checked the JavaScript error console? Have you tried disabling all other plugins/themes etc. to see it’s not something else?
Please at least provide a URL to the site so I can try and take a look.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi pbravin,
This is held in the JSModel file, you will need to search for the
▼and▲parts to change the initial symbol, then edit the\u25B2part to change when it switches.I hope this helps, please let me know if you experience any issues with this.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Not working with jQuery 1.8Hi mrfoxtalbot,
That’s strange as it shouldn’t work with 1.2!
What about if you use the latest version of jQuery (11.1) does this fix it, as 1.8 is quite old now (over a year).
Also, what errors, if any do you get in the console when loading the page? If you provide me with a link to the site I can take a look also.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Secondary MenuHi Mcnater,
Unfortunately that is not currently possible within the plug-in as it would require different CSS/JavaScript for each menu etc. and so far that functionality has not been added to the plug-in or is likely to be included in the near future I’m afraid.
You could of course create a third menu which is a combination of them both and use that as the Responsive Menu so you will have all the links.
I hope the above helps answer your questions.
Many thanks
