memory_limit = 128M
post_max_size = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128MThe same problem still persists, when I click to save the changes it throws me to the SETTINGS page on my dashboard.
Can you give me exact step by step instructions please as it may be that I am not creating a new custom style sheet though it does seem pretty straight forward.

I’m confused, as I don’t see that exact bit of code you state, what I see and it’s in CUSTOM STYLES not in STYLE SETTINGS, is the following that’s similar to your code, is this correct?-
Its right at the beginning

First can you confirm I am in the right place? I added the extra bit to see if it would work but nothing happened to enlarge to the width I want which is 834px wide which my blog can take with images.

Unfortunately I have already removed the plugin as I could not resolve the issue. Another issue I had was that comments typed in on my FB business page would not appear on the blog and only comments typed in on the plugins comment box on my blog would appear on the post in my FB business page. Comment traffic was one-way as it were.
Any ideas on this?

Do you mean re-uploading all my photos? and where is the wp-content folder in the control panel? this is all a bit gobbledy gook to me I’m afraid! I don’t know anything about code and changing things in the FTP or PhpMyAdmin looked complicated!

As stated before I use my own theme and so the twenty Twelve theme isn’t relevant. I think i’m going to have to upload the old version I was using though this takes an age! grrrr….
A friend of mine who’s a web designer can’t help me with this until the 13th of January! If I try this myself and make a mistake I could loose everything and my website is my livelihood!

Ive looked at these trouble shooting steps and when it refers to the ADD MEDIA button in the CORE changes, it refers to a ‘drag-and-drop box’ for images and ‘create an image gallery’, when I looked into these it doesn’t change anything as the button still doesn’t work and doesn’t seem to relate to the problem at all! Nothing WP seems to do is User-friendly for people who arne’t techy!!!

At the moment I can’t create blog posts as I uploaded the new version of WordPress and it has broken the image upload in my theme and I can’t find a fix! grrrr… anybody know of the fix for this without re-uploading the older version? its happened to quite a few people apparently.
daymilovich – I’m not keen on following your advice as i’m not a web designer and know nothing about such technical things and would probably screw it up further…is there not simple solution? I’ve de-activated the plugins and nothing changed, I have my own theme so cant use twenty eleven. For people who aren’t techy it seems WP and themes made for it is a regular minefield and nightmare to run. You get prompted to update stuff and it creates more problems than solves!!!
