I’ve just come across this also. The ‘Drag Widget to side bar’ and the expand Widget Area arrow weren’t working. Disabling the plugin on my dev network site restored both.
The problem I now have is that I can’t see where the plugin has been used in the Prod network sites without being able to expand the Widget Areas
