@ben Thanks for updating the plugin, I’ve noticed that your .git files are still in the includes dir. Meant that it threw an error when I trying to commit it to my repo. Probably not causing anyone else issue but thought you should know.
I am having the same, but in the PHPBB section of the site. Since upgrading to 2.9.1 going to http://www.mysite/forum gives me the same error. The rest of wordpress is running fine.
The site works on a localhost fine, just not on a live server.
