Now I had to retest and retry all previous versions and my system worked well with v ersion 9.3.5At the moment this works
If that does not work I would suggest trying to downgrade WooCommerce to an older version and check if that resolves the issue.However , the reason I am upgrading is because I wanted/want to integrate a PSP called Paysafe checkout , which only seems to work with woocommerce version 10.4.0 https://wordpress.org/plugins/paysafe-checkout/

Thanks a lot. So this only happened/came up after I upgraded from version 9.4 to version 10.4. After this update I have not updated anything on my server end.
