I have not been able to do any development on this plugin for a while.
I will try to find some time in the future to have a look at this and also to do some minor updates. But unfortunately I do not know when I will find this time…
If you have any suggestions on what is causing this problem please let me know and maybe I can make a quick fix.

What do you mean with the menu gets messed up? If you give me some more information I can have a look at it.

Most likely this is because of the DiveBook plugin does not run well with your theme or other plugins you are using. Usually this button is working.
What theme are you using? Do you have a link to your site with the plugin so I can test?
