In fact, my biggest concern was that the caption field would only support text.
As for the workaround, I am using WP Classic Editor and Classic Widgets. In GD Top widgets position I create a GD > Post Images widget with Output Type Slider linked to Lightbox Images. So, I have no chance to add a custom field there.
I will have to find another solution. Thank you very much anyway.
