Thank you for your feedback:
The Javascript code that runs the calculations does not appear to be
working. Do you have some type of security preventing the javascript
from executing?
I have no Javascript blocking software running. I have tried this on RHEL, CentOS and clean Ubuntu servers. All with the same result. Also I do not have any Javascript blocking on the client side. I have tried this on my PC, my laptop (both running Linux + Firefox) and a Windows 7 machine of a friend.
