In reply to: Cannot see Visual and text editor.Maybe Disable the visual editor when writing is checked in your profile, I’d check that first. Hover over Howdy, user and click on Edit my profile, Visual Editor should be at the top.

Did you extract installation package to the root directory? Or is is located in WordPress directory inside your root directory?
