I have been looking for a plug like this for some time as videos ranks high with the Gods. Brilliantly simple, problem is I’m not sure how to configure it properly (being 63 and rather lazy)so some Q:
Categories: Video; url=http://electricalskillets.com/category/video/
Should I just enter Video there?
Video Post Meta Variable: I host my video files with DiveShare and embed, I figure that what I should enter here is in the embed code but what part?
Thumbnail Post Meta Variable: Here I am at loss, do I have to make a thumbnail/file or is it in the embed code?
Video Site map Location: Should be http://electricalskillets.com/video_sitemap.xml?
Finaly, the name of the custom field and what should be there in my case.
If this works with only 4 fields to fill and the custom field it is brilliant and Id gladly recommend it.

Thanks, I have tried it all but the good advice to make a test install.
Well it’s history now, it was consuming so much time that I bought WPR the basic $40 it has 5 modules. It works fine and now I think it was worth it.

I made the same mistake, concentrated on learning to tweak my theme when I should have minded the site and its content. There are several free themes that looks and features what you want as in your example. One I tried is http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/albizia it is very easy to customize without code. The support from the constructor is amazing.
But there are several other free themes here that you could use, look for the dark ones
