I see what you are, saying. Thanks. Also though to respond to chats, end calls etc do I have to login to my own website and do it “internally” as if were, (which is currently how I do it) or can I browse to a URL outside of my own website in order to manage and interact with external “callers”?
Hi I also have a weird scenario. You can send a message once only. When you click on the chat icon a second time it does not open. If you do a full F5 browser reset then you can do another message, but of course one would hardly expect for the user to have to do that. I have also deactivated every plug-in except the chat one and it made absolutely no difference. This problem appears across all browsers and all windows and iPad iOS platforms. I do believe that this is the latest plug in iteration as well. Thanks Pete
